Sun Forest Limited respects your privacy. This statement explains what the enquiry form collects and why.
What we collect
When you send a survey request through this site we collect the name, phone number, email, company and site details you enter.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and prepare a quote. We do not use it for direct marketing and we do not sell or pass it to third parties for any other purpose.
Transfer and retention
The form is sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to our enquiry mailbox by email. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and a reasonable follow-up period.
Access and correction
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) you may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you. Email help@sfl.hk.
